An update to our current working practise

Today, DPD Local implements new measures in response to COVID-19 to ensure we protect our service to you, your customers and our people.

We continue to follow the advice issued by HM Government and act accordingly.

At present we can report that our parcel collection, sortation and delivery operations continue as normal.

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail - here's their current take on matters

We use DPD for delivery of sewing machines and larger orders. 

As you would expect DPD has plans in place to deal with the escalating Coronavirus situation in the UK and across the world and they have prepared the following update.

Although we are currently operating normally, with respect to order processing and dispatch, it is not inconceivable that some aspects of the service could be impacted at any moment

Just a quick heads-up on our opening times and delivery schedules over the festive period:

Our office will close on Tuesday 24th Dec and reopen on Thursday 2nd Jan.
