A return to normality?
As a glimmer of hope emerges, that all might be close to normal one day, we are now all back working on site. This should mean that on-line orders and messages will be handled more effectively and delays should only be down to supplier stock issues and consignments stuck in customs.
We have decided however, in the short term, to leave our showroom closed, as we cannot effectively socially distance here and also, because many sewing machines are still only available by pre-ordering. We haven't really got much in stock to show unfortunately.
We can however now accept machines in for servicing and repair, if they are pre-labelled with the customer contact information. We can also accept collection of other items, if we are aware of what is required prior to any visit.
In short, a step closer to normality, which we hope will be the first of many in the same direction.
