Visiting

We are happy for you to visit our premises between 10am and 4.30pm, Monday-Friday.  Showroom facilities are available with a range of machines on view however, if you have a specific machine in mind, please do call us first to check if this model is currently on show.

Telephone Enquiries

We do not like to keep people hanging on the phone unnecessarily.  If we are unable to answer a telephone call immediately for any reason, you will be redirected to a voicemail service where you can leave your name and number.  We will then call you back as soon as possible thereafter.  If you do not hear from us by the end of the next working day, it is possible that the details left were either insufficient or inaudible and we would ask that you call again to clarify.

Emails

We respond to all legitimate emails, irrespective of our ability to deal with them effectively.  If you do not receive a reply within 48hrs, it is possible that your original was not received or that it, or our subsequent reply have been flagged as spam by an over-zealous filter.  Please do therefore try again if you do not hear from us or give us a call on the number above.

Faxes

We do not encourage communication by fax but are happy to receive them if this is the only method available to you.  Again, these enquiries will all be dealt with as quickly as possible and should be followed up if no reply has been received.
